Halehaven peaches are large sized with fairly firm, yellow flesh. Skin yellow with red blush. The peaches are excellent for eating fresh right off of the tree. An excellent backyard tree. This peach tree variety is winter and frost hardy, setting heavier every other year. Requires 750 to 800 chill hours and hardy to USDA zone 5 and higher. Enjoy pretty pink blossoms that precede the fruit each season. Halehaven peaches ripen late June to early July. Enjoy the fruit for fresh eating, cooking, drying, canning and jams and jellies. Shipped potted in soil to ensure the best possible start when planted in yard or garden.
